Here's Proof That Julia Roberts Is an Eternal Goddess

Once again, the folks at People have anointed Julia Roberts, 49, the "World's Most Beautiful Woman." Roberts has actually won the title a record five times since the magazine debuted it 28 years ago, first receiving the honor in 1991, at age 23, on the heels of a string of hit films that included Steel Magnolias, Mystic Pizza, Hook, and her massive breakout performance in Pretty Woman.
As she revealed in a video interview with the magazine's top editor, Jess Cagle, she's "very flattered" by it and plans on teasing her Ocean's Eleven co-star George Clooney—since he's only won People's "Sexiest Man Alive" twice. "I'm going to mention that in my Christmas card to the Clooneys this year," she joked.
The news comes as no surprise to us, as Roberts ranked very high on our list of Hollywood Women Who Are Aging in Reverse. We spoke to fitness expert and FitFusion trainer Andrea Orbeck about Roberts's enduring appeal.
"Ever still the Pretty Woman, there's a reason why this mom in her 40s still looks like she's in her 30s—she acts like it," said Orbeck. "She's enthusiastic, makes really smart eating choices, drinks a lot of water, gets her rest, and her squats could rival that of Olympic downhill skier. As someone who personally works with her, I'm always astonished that I am the one who's winded during our workouts."
